Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative DevOps engineer to join our team. In this position, you will join a team of DevOps engineers focused on automating solutions, securing data and infrastructures, and owning all aspects of our infrastructure to achieve high availability, scalability and reliability.
Location You would be required to be on-site 3 times per week, between Tuesday to Thursday.
Responsibilities
Design engineering platforms and tooling that simplify the process of building, deploying, and operating applications.
Develop automation for common development and operational tasks.
Monitor system performance and availability, and remediating as necessary.
Collaborate with software and data engineering team on finding operationally sustainable solutions to engineering problems.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years in operational roles (Cloud Operations, Site Reliability, DevOps, etc.)
Experience with GitOps-based deployments, enabling CI/CD with Jenkins, ArgoCD or similar systems.
Proficiency with logging and observability technologies such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk or similar.
Proficiency with designing and operating applications in a public cloud environment (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
Expertise in operating and integrating with AWS services such as RDS, EKS, CloudWatch, etc.
Expertise with containerization technologies such as Docker.
Expertise with container orchestration technology Kubernetes and Helm.
Expertise in configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
Expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting Linux-based systems.
Continuously work with the engineering teams to improve reliability, implementing actionable monitoring framework.
Analytical & problem solving skills, ability to communicate ideas clearly.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a strong focus on teamwork.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent in Engineering.
10+ years in operational roles (Cloud Operations, Site Reliability, DevOps, etc.)
1+ years in Software Engineering roles or equivalent software architecture roles.
Experience with preparing and executing PCI, SOC2, SOX, or other compliance audits.

Return to Office This role is subject to our Return to Office (RTO) policy. If you reside within a commutable distance of one of our office locations, you will be expected to work from the office a set number of days per week. The specific details, including the number of required office days, will be in accordance with the company’s then-current RTO policy, which is subject to change from time to time.
Salary Range $110,000 — $140,000 USD
