Compensation Our sales reps can make anywhere from 60,00-200,000 each year. This range reflects the actual range of earnings of employees in this position. This role is 100% commission based and are paid upfront at close.

We also provide access to a professional sales training platform designed to help reps sharpen their skills, improve closing ability, and maximize earning potential.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of a designated residential sales area and build a strong customer base
Engage directly with homeowners through door-to-door outreach, networking, and referral follow-ups
Keep accurate records of leads, appointments, and sales progress while working toward performance goals
Conduct in-home solar consultations, explain financing options, and guide customers through the enrollment process
Educate homeowners on the financial and environmental advantages of solar energy, including lower utility costs and energy independence
Participate in weekly trainings and team meetings to improve sales skills, increase production, and grow professionally
Qualifications
Valid California Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) License.
Previous sales experience is helpful but not required
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
Comfortable working face-to-face with homeowners
Reliable transportation and ability to work independently
A positive attitude and good work ethic
At least 18 years of age
Reliable transportation
Working smart phone
A valid California driver's license
High School Diploma/GEDMust be able to pass a background check
