Prepare, administer, and document medications in accordance with state regulations and facility policy. Observe residents for side effects, changes in condition, or unusual reactions and report promptly to nursing staff. Assist residents with personal care and daily activities as needed. Support residents' emotional and social well-being through compassionate interactions. Maintain accurate medication records and uphold confidentiality. Promote safety, cleanliness, and a welcoming community atmosphere. Qualifications
Current Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification in the State of VA. Prior experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Senior Living preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused. Benefits
