Location: St. Louis, Missouri (Onsite preferred Remote is also okay)

Client: State of Missouri

Job Description: Project manager shall be solely dedicated to the operation and management of the Centralized Mail Processing, Child Support Case Initiation, Electronic Document Management, and Employer Reporting Services. The Project Manager shall have the overall daily responsibility for compliance with all contract requirements and authority to make decisions regarding day-to-day operations. The project manager shall serve as the state agency's main point of contact with the contractor and shall follow the instructions provided by the state agency contract manager.

Requirements:

• The project manager must have prior IV - A or IV - D experience, or both, including a minimum of three years of experience with governmental social services
• The project manager should have a minimum of two (2) years of experience with electronic document management services.

It is highly desirable that the Project Manager have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a public or private social service agency, including one (1) or more years in a supervisory, administrative, consultative, or training capacity.
