Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities of a Shift Supervisor:

• Leading shifts effectively
• Leading day to day tasks
• Properly handling CARES calls and customer complaints in the restaurant
• Leading productivity effectively
• Ensure the completion of Jolt checklists
• Attending and contributing at Department meetings bi-weekly
• Establishing accountability with Team Members
• Maintaining a fun work environment
• Communicating expectations to the team, ranging from Team Members to Team Leaders
• Maintaining vision alignment with the Operator and Director team
• Organizing the team with excellent follow through
• Serv-Safe managerial certified

Requirements:

• 1+year of Management/ Supervisor Experience
• Full-Time Availability (30+ hours)

Compensation:

The hourly wage rate is starting up to $24.
