High School Diploma or GED Completion of a state-approved PCA certification training course (We will assist with training to obtain PCA certification) Possess a valid Oklahoma driver's license Reliable transportation with valid auto insurance Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug test TB Test
Responsibilities include:
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting/incontinence care, ambulation assistance) Assist with instrumental activities of daily living (light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, errands/transportation) Transferring and positioning of client Observing and reporting changes of physical and mental conditions Companionship and conversation
