The status of competition is not specified. Interview times are not solely Apex interview times and are on the manager’s calendar. This is not a bone requirement. The other AM and the person running the process are not specified. Follow-up activity is scheduled for Tuesday at 8:30 AM for resume review. The interview process includes leads and managers, with two rounds of interviews: one with Todd and one technical with the team. Interviews are scheduled for next week. The final decision on who gets hired is made by Todd with input from the team. The ideal start date is two weeks from the offer. The hiring manager will not be out of the office during the interview or the timeline of the request (no vacations or offsites). The request is funded and open because the team is being built out. Top three requirements are: Kafka experience, team/technical lead experience to answer technical questions, help others, and strategize; Mongo DB/No SQL; MS Azure is a plus. Day to day responsibilities include overseeing the product from end to end, understanding the data coming in, bringing it in seamlessly, modeling the data so it’s consumable, creating governance around it, defining it, guiding it through the curation process, and getting it into a common state so it can be consumed by other teams. The person is building out a Mongo/NoSQL database to push data to it to be a repository for applications that need batch data at the end of the day. They can go to Mongo and take a snapshot of the data. They understand the complete flow to understand standards, patterns, and guide teams. Required skills include: Kafka experience, team/technical lead experience to answer technical questions, help others, and strategize; Mongo DB/No SQL; Agile exposure; Cloud Solutions Architect Certificate or something similar; Data Visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, etc.
