Our client, a prominent player in the technology/recruitment industry, is inviting applications for a permanent position in IT Support. This is a speculative advert aimed at identifying talented and proactive individuals who are keen to make a significant contribution to our client's dynamic and forward-thinking team.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing technical support and resolving IT-related issues promptly and efficiently Installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware components Managing and monitoring network systems to ensure optimal performance Assisting with system upgrades and patches Maintaining accurate documentation of procedures and technical support activities Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless IT operations Offering training and guidance to users on IT systems and best practices Participating in IT projects and contributing to their successful delivery
Job Requirements (desirable):
