We are seeking a Skilled Mobile Electrical Engineer with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This role involves carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance to multiple commercial sites.
Key Responsibilities:
PPM's. Reactives. Remedials. AHU's/FCU's. HVAC. Complete mechanical and electrical tasks to ensure projects and improvements are implemented. Manage planned and unplanned electrical work. Maintain documented evidence for all departments in preparation for audits and legislative purpose. Ensure high standards of Health and Safety at all times.
