Pay & Benefits:

What You'll Do:
Lead and manage laboratory staff, including 3 full-time technicians and 1 PRN Oversee daily laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards Perform specialized Blood Bank procedures and testing Coordinate staffing schedules and workflows for optimal efficiency Ensure proper documentation, maintenance, and safety protocols are followed Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient care and laboratory services Handle administrative responsibilities related to laboratory management
What You Need:
Valid MT/MLT license and certification Proven management experience in a clinical laboratory setting, with specific Blood Bank expertise Strong leadership and team management skills Flexibility in work hours and on-call availability Excellent attention to detail and adherence to safety standards
