Key Success Factors
Thorough knowledge of nursing and patient care standards and procedures. Knowledge of relevant laws, rules, and regulations, including those for nursing care certifications and accreditations. Graduated from an accredited program in nursing or have two years of relevant work experience. Main area of study in your education should be nursing. Two years of experience in nursing is required. Registered nurse. Basic life support (BLS) certification or get it within 30 days of starting.
