In this role, you will be deployed where coverage is needed most filling in for staff absences, supporting high-volume periods, and ensuring every customer receives a seamless, comfortable experience. This position is ideal for a phlebotomist who thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable traveling between sites. Hourly Rate: Range between $20 to $22 Per hour Key Responsibilities • Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection accurately and efficiently on patients of all ages • Process, label, and package specimens in accordance with Any Lab Test Now® protocols and laboratory requirements • Verify customer identification, confirm test orders, and document all collections in our point-of-sale and laboratory information systems • Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant collection area at all times • Deliver an outstanding customer experience - greeting clients warmly, explaining procedures clearly, and addressing concerns professionally • Travel between Nashville, Murfreesboro, and Franklin locations as scheduled or requested by management • Support front-desk operations including check-in, payment processing, and phone inquiries as needed • Adhere to all federal, state, and company-specific regulations including HIPAA and CLIA standards • Participate in opening and closing procedures as required at each location • Communicate proactively with location managers regarding scheduling, supply needs, and any operational concerns Required Qualifications • Phlebotomy certification from an accredited program (CPT, ASCP, NHA, or equivalent) • Minimum 3 year of phlebotomy experience in a clinical, laboratory, or retail health setting • Demonstrated proficiency in venipuncture across a variety of patient populations, including difficult draws • Strong understanding of specimen handling, chain of custody, and lab processing procedures • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills • Ability and willingness to travel regularly between Nashville, Murfreesboro, and Franklin • Reliable personal transportation and valid driver's license • Proficiency with basic computer systems and point-of-sale software • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift upto to 25 lbs Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a retail health, urgent care, or direct-access lab setting Familiarity with CLIA, OSHA, and HIPAA regulations in a lab environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus CPR/First Aid certification
Work Schedule: Schedule may vary. Monday- Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM -5:00 PM, Saturday's between 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM. The hours may change vary based on business need and/or the request(s) of your management. All candidates should possess the following skills: REQUIRED: * Two years of recent experience drawing blood is required. * Ability to call businesses and explain our services * Ability to sell our products and services * Knowledge of common blood tests * Computer skills- usage of MS Word and Email. Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus. * Organizational skills- track inventory, keep records, order supplies * Dependable and reliable * Certified Phlebotomist/Medical assistant * Must be able to pass a Background check and Drug Screen DESIRED: * Experience doing drug screens. * Sales or customer service experience Hours for the position are as follows: - Full time Time-40 hours/week. Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
