Diagnose and manage a wide range of physical disabilities and conditions, including musculoskeletal issues, chronic pain, and neurological disorders from work-related injuries; assess patients' medical history, physical exams, and x-rays Develop individualized treatment plans that may include physical therapy, therapeutic exercises, medications, injections, and non-surgical interventions to improve function and mobility Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physical therapists and medical doctors, to ensure comprehensive patient care. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes. Educate patients on their conditions and its prevention and the rehabilitation process Complete timely and accurate documentation in EMR
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited medical program with a M.D. or D.O. and an unrestricted Arizona medical license. Board certified or eligible in the state where employed and in accordance with state laws of practice. Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction. DEA required. BLS, AED and ACLS Certified required. Current Medical Malpractice Insurance coverage. Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software. Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Background in occupational medicine, physical medicine and rehabilitation, or outpatient setting is preferred.
