Provide individual, family, and group therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults. Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and intake evaluations. Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and objectives. Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions appropriate to client needs. Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as clinically indicated. Provide crisis intervention and safety planning when necessary. Maintain appropriate therapeutic boundaries and uphold ethical standards of practice. Facilitate referrals to community resources and coordinate care with external providers when appropriate. Maintain timely progress notes, treatment plans, assessments, discharge summaries, and other required records. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, state regulations, payer requirements, and agency policies. Participate in audits, quality assurance activities, and documentation reviews as needed. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, schools, medical providers, case managers, and other professionals involved in client care. Participate in case consultations and clinical supervision as required. Communicate effectively with administrative and clinical team members regarding scheduling, client needs, and treatment concerns. Maintain active licensure and continuing education requirements. Stay current on evidence-based practices, clinical trends, and ethical standards. Demonstrate commitment to cultural humility, diversity, equity, and inclusion in clinical practice.
