Our priority is providing our guests and team members with exceptional experiences every day. What will you be doing? Provide daily administrative assistance to the sales and marketing team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and phone/email handling. Maintain and update client information, sales leads, and activity logs in the hotel's sales system or CRM. Respond to inquiries, follow up with clients, and support communication flow between sales managers and clients. Organize and maintain electronic and physical files related to accounts, contracts, and event details. Liaise with operations, catering, and front office teams to ensure client needs and sales deliverables are aligned. Help manage office supplies, organize sales materials, and maintain a professional and orderly work environment. Distribution of memos, contracts, resumes, room requests and amenities to relevant departments throughout the hotel. What do you bring to the role? Four-year college degree preferred, however, any combination of education and training within hotel sales may also be considered. Proficient computer knowledge. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Basic mathematical skills that allow for calculation of room blocks, average rates, and forecast information. Ability to travel. Flexibility to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. Ability to organize detailed information. Strong knowledge of the designated market(s). What's in it for you?
