We are growing and looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented X-Ray Technologist /Radiologic Technologist to join our imaging team. The X-Ray Technologist is responsible for providing radiologic films as directed by the physician and maintaining radiology equipment and supplies. This position will be full-time. You must have an associate's degree in radiology or a related field from an accredited program. Candidates must be able to ease patients into the process of taking an x-ray and be able to explain each phase of the procedure. It is also very important to keep the imaging room clean and maintain all privacy regulations. The X-Ray Tech must also be able to efficiently manage a high-volume clinical environment and assist with the care and coordination of 150+ patients per day while maintaining accuracy, organization, and quality patient service. ARRT certification and a CRT license are required. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support a high-volume clinical environment, assisting with the care and coordination of 150+ patients per day while maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and quality patient service. Operate radiographic and fluoroscopic (pain management) equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images Prepare, position, and reassure patients before and during imaging procedures, explaining each step clearly Work in a fast-paced, high-volume orthopedic clinic, supporting imaging for approximately 100–200 patients per day across the practice Follow radiation safety and infection-control protocols and maintain a clean, well-organized imaging room Review images for quality, completeness, and proper positioning before sending to the physician Collaborate closely with orthopedic physicians, PAs, and clinical staff to support excellent patient care Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the EMR Participate in continuing education and stay current with advancements in radiologic technology
This role is ideal for a Radiologic Technologist who enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced orthopedic clinic, interacting directly with patients, and being an integral part of a multidisciplinary care team. Qualifications: Required:
Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent from an accredited program Current California CRT license American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification Ability to safely assist with patient positioning and transfers, including occasional lifting (up to ~30 lbs) Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to put anxious patients at ease Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical environment and follow privacy (HIPAA) and safety regulations
Preferred:
Experience as an X-Ray Technologist / Radiologic Technologist in an outpatient orthopedic or pain management setting Familiarity with fluoroscopy for pain management procedures and digital PACS/EMR systems

Position requires full range of body motion including handling and lifting patients, as well as manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination. Involves standing and walking. Employee will occasionally be asked to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds, as well as help lift patients onto the x-ray table. Normal visual acuity and hearing are required. Employee will work under stressful conditions and work irregular hours. Employee will be exposed to bodily fluids on a regular basis. Typical Working Conditions: Employee will have frequent exposure to communicable diseases, toxic substances, ionizing radiation, medicinal preparations and other conditions common to a clinical environment.
