Full time Shift: Day (United States of America) Address: 7050 GALL BLVD City: ZEPHYRHILLS State: Florida Postal Code: 33541 Job Description: Shift: M-F 730 to 4pm.
Serves as a clinical resource to technologists, students, and other staff.
Monitors and supports compliance with departmental policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards. Provides day-to-day supervision of technologists, support staff, and imaging operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. Coordinates daily workflow and staffing assignments, balancing patient volumes, technologist availability, and room utilization. Assists with onboarding, orientation, training, and ongoing competency assessment of technologists and new hires. Supports leadership in performance management through the talent care process, performance reviews, and providing coaching opportunities for team member development. Collaborates with radiologists, leadership, and other departments to facilitate timely and coordinated services. Participates in quality improvement initiatives, including image quality audits, repeat analysis, and process improvement projects. Ensures proper equipment functionality and coordinates preventative maintenance. Participates in scheduling, timekeeping, and supply inventory management to support operational efficiency and budget goals.
Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to learn and use Radiology software packages such as IDX, Radworks, Current PACS application. [Required] Ability to learn and use basic supervisory skills such as team building, all required HR functions and effective communication. [Required] Attend the core leadership development classes. [Required] Possess the ability to instruct, guide and mentor the modality staff with a positive, supportive attitude. [Required] Supports all hospital and administration initiatives for customer service, patient care and interdepartmental cooperation. [Required] Education:
High School Grad or Equiv [Required] Associate [Preferred] Work Experience:
1+ years leadership experience [Preferred] 5+ years of experience [Preferred] Additional Information:

Licenses and Certifications: Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required] AND
