Provide direct nursing care to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Supervise and direct nursing assistants in their daily tasks. Ensure that all nursing activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations and standards. Monitor residents' health status, documenting changes and reporting significant findings as needed. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Collaborate with healthcare team members to create and implement individualized care plans. Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation. Promote a safe and clean environment for residents and staff. Qualifications:
Current LVN license in the state. Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
