ACCOUNTABLE TO : Restaurant General Manager / Training General Manager WORK TO BE PERFORMED :/pulliGreet guests, receive food orders, repeat food orders, charge the appropriate price for each menu item ordered by guests, receive the correct amount tendered by guests and provide the correct change for each transaction./liliBe able to enact gift cards requested by guests./liliBe very familiar with and up to date with California Fish Grill Restaurants menu and prices./liliInteract with guests in a friendly/fast manner./liliAbility to make corrections to guest orders in a fast and efficient manner./liliAbility to determine counterfeit money and respond to situations involving counterfeit money./liliAssure age requirements are verified prior to serving alcoholic beverages./liliTreat all guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction./liliReport to work in a neat and clean uniform. Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential./liliKeeps work area neat and clean at all times/liliCleans and maintains equipment used/liliCompletes requirements for in-service training, acceptable attendance, uniform and dress codes including personal hygiene, and other work duties as assigned/li/ulpGENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES :/polliSupports the Mission, Values and Vision of California Fish Grill and the facility./liliSupports, cooperates with, and implements specific procedures and programs for:/li/olulliSafety, including precautions and safe work practices, established fire/safety/disaster plans, risk management, and security, report and/or correct unsafe working conditions, equipment repair and maintenance needs./liliConfidentiality of all data, including guest credit card information./liliCompliance with current law and policy to provide a work environment free from sexual harassment and all illegal and discriminatory behavior./li/ulp3.
