Graduated from an accredited physician assistant or nurse practitioner program Have a South Carolina license or the ability to get a South Carolina license prior to starting Two or more years' experience with all routine heart surgery procedures and thoracic procedures Possess understanding of clinic follow ups and post op outpatient care Exposure to minimally invasive procedures a plus Experience in EVH and 1st assist in surgery required APP will be responsible for daily rounding on patients pre and post-operatively as well as conducting follow-up assessments in the clinic Expected call schedule of 1:3
