Summary Texas Children's Hospital is recruiting for an anesthesiologist faculty position to administer anesthesia services to our pediatric patients. In addition to ACGME Pediatric Anesthesiology Fellowship training, faculty with fellowship training in Pediatric Cardiovascular Anesthesiology, Pediatric Pain Medicine. This is an exciting opportunity to help contribute to the clinical and academic excellence at Texas Children's Hospital. U.S. News & World Report has ranked Texas Children's Hospital on the prestigious Best Children's Hospitals Honor Roll for 2025-2026, also naming it No. 1 in Texas for the 17th consecutive year. Employment is through Baylor College of Medicine, reporting to the Anesthesiologist-in-Chief, with oversight also by the TCH Community In-Chief Physician. Austin is a vibrant, exciting, rapidly growing city with outstanding quality of life. Required Education:
Medical School Degree; Residency in Anesthesiology; Fellowship in Pediatric Anesthesiology; Fellowship in Pediatric Pain Medicine. The successful candidate will be board certified/eligible in anesthesiology and pediatric anesthesiology. Additional subspecialty training in pediatric anesthesia is required and in pediatric cardiac anesthesia is preferable.
