Required Education and ExperienceLicense RequirementLicense or permit to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of New York.Education and ExperienceGraduation from an accredited practical nursing school's LPN program.NOTE:Degrees must be conferred by an accredited school, college, or university, or by an institution recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and/or Health Research Incorporated as adhering to acceptable educational standards. Preferred Qualifications: The ideal candidate brings prior experience in a hospital setting, such as ambulatory care or acute care, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. Strong phlebotomy and venipuncture skills are essential, along with the ability to perform clinical screenings with confidence and accuracy. Experience in community outreach or patient engagement is highly valued, as this role requires a compassionate, proactive approach to delivering care outside of traditional clinical settings and building meaningful connections with diverse patient populations.
