Supporting and maintaining Workday HCM with a focus on Payroll and Expenses, the full-time remote Workday Payroll & Expense Systems Administrator will lead system optimization efforts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and enhance user experience through innovative solutions. Key responsibilities
Leads discovery, design, and optimization sessions, demonstrating complex functionality to stakeholders Observes processes for opportunities to streamline and mitigate risks while ensuring project deliverables Configures the Workday system according to client requirements and maintains effective communication with project leadership
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Five years of hands-on Workday experience, with a strong focus on HCM, Payroll, and Expenses modules Experience working across multiple Workday modules to support team cross-training Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders Comfortable working in a fully remote, team-based environment
