Wells Fargo Cybersecurity is seeking a Senior Data Analytics Consultant to support Identity & Access Management (IAM) reporting, analytics, automation, and visualization initiatives. This role focuses on analyzing large-scale IAM datasets, building dashboards, automating workflows, and delivering actionable insights using Microsoft's Power Platform and related analytics tools. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with enterprise-scale data environments, developing Power BI dashboards, writing SQL queries, and manipulating large datasets within highly regulated industries such as banking, financial services, healthcare, insurance, or other regulated environments. Primary Responsibilities Analyze and manipulate large enterprise datasets (1M+ records) Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualizations Create data models, reports, KPIs, and executive reporting metrics Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data Build and support Power Apps and Power Automate workflows Connect multiple data sources and databases for reporting solutions Perform data wrangling, cleansing, transformation, and aggregation Design workflows for data ingestion and automation Work with Dataverse and Microsoft Power Platform technologies Support IAM reporting and cybersecurity analytics initiatives Create business-facing reports, presentations, and written documentation Participate in Agile/Kanban ceremonies including standups, Jira stories, and sprint activities Collaborate with cybersecurity, IAM, and data engineering teams Required Qualifications Data Analytics 5+ years of Data Analytics experience Experience working with large datasets (millions of records) Strong data manipulation and data wrangling skills Data visualization and reporting expertise Power Platform Power BI (Must Have) Power Automate (Must Have) Power Apps (Preferred) Dataverse experience SQL Strong SQL querying skills Experience joining large datasets Database connectivity and data extraction experience Communication Strong written communication skills Strong verbal communication skills Experience preparing business reports and executive-level presentations Industry Experience Large Financial Services organization preferred Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, or other regulated industry experience Experience working within enterprise-scale environments Custom Fields: Name: Reason for Contractor Value: Back-Fill existing headcount
