Employed position within a nonprofit health system Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery
Eligible for Indana state medical licensure and DEA registration Provide patient care and medical treatment within the assigned area. Evaluate and treat patients using appropriate diagnostic skills. Coordinate with case management for efficient discharge planning About the Facility

Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education:
