Job Title: Service Contract Sales RepresentativeLocation: Savannah, GA Salary: $55,000 - $60,000
Job Responsibilities:New Business Development
- Prospect for new business opportunities via cold calling, networking, referrals, and bid platforms.
- Present and sell comprehensive low voltage solutions, including inspections, service, and monitoring packages.
- Develop customized proposals and quotes in collaboration with estimating and technical teams.
- Track construction projects, upcoming developments, and facility upgrades for potential new deals.
Account Management & Renewals
- Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of business.
- Manage and renew service and maintenance contracts, including centralized monitoring agreements for security, fire alarm, and access control systems.
- Understand company pricing approach to inspection and maintenance sales using excel or company provided estimating tools. A full understanding and knowledge of contractual terms and conditions of ITM agreements.
- Upsell enhanced monitoring tiers, analytics, and integrations to meet evolving customer needs.
- Proactively engage clients before contract expiration to maintain continuity of service.
Centralized Monitoring Services
- Educate prospects and existing clients on the benefits of centralized monitoring solutions (e.g., 24/7 alarm monitoring, remote access control, video surveillance alerts).
- Collaborate with operations and service teams to implement monitoring services tailored to client environments.
- Stay up to date on trends in video analytics, remote guard services, cloud-based security, and related technologies.
