Both communities sit within easy reach of some of the most attractive destinations in the Carolinas, including Pinehurst's world-class golf, Fayetteville, the Sandhills state parks, and Charlotte and Raleigh both within about an hour and a half drive. The North Carolina coast is also a comfortable day trip away. Position Overview We are seeking a full-time Pediatrician to step into a well-established role serving a strong, loyal patient base. This is a great opportunity to join a practice that is deeply rooted in the community and known for its excellent reputation. The position offers a predictable outpatient schedule split between our Laurinburg and Rockingham offices, with a light shared call rotation and no hospital responsibilities. You'll have the ability to focus on delivering excellent care while maintaining a strong work-life balance. We're looking for a physician who is compassionate, collaborative, and committed to relationship-driven pediatrics. What You'll Do
Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care to infants, children, and adolescents Manage a consistent patient panel and build long-term relationships with families Collaborate closely with fellow pediatricians, APPs, and clinical staff Participate in a light, rotating call and weekend schedule Maintain accurate and timely documentation using our practice EMR Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture
What We're Looking For
MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics Active North Carolina license or ability to obtain Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset Spanish language skills are a plus Interest in building a long-term role within the community
