Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2720 $500 CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUSOpportunity: RN - OR Job Details: • Work 8-hour variable shifts including mix of 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, and 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM • Guaranteed 40 hours per week for 13-week contract • On call requirements: 6-8 nights of weeknight call and 1-2 weekends during contract • Must respond within 30 minutes for call-back with 2-hour minimum • Weekend and holiday rotation for call only • Float to Aspirus Merrill, Aspirus Langlade, Aspirus Medford, and Aspirus Stanley as needed • Work in 21 operating rooms handling 40-60 cases per day across all specialties • Circulating required, scrubbing preferred • Handle general surgery, GYN, urology, plastics, ENT, and GI cases • Must have own vehicle due to on-call responsibilities (no Uber/Lyft) • Any color scrubs permitted • Contract eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours • Can be placed on call during low census periods with call-back pay if needed • Must be outside 50-mile radius of facility • 5+ years OR experience with at least 1 travel assignment required • Experience in larger facility with comparable 20+ ORs required • DaVinci robotic experience required • Trauma Level II experience required • Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, Wisconsin RN License • Associate degree or certificate required, bachelor's degree preferred • Epic charting experience preferred • Must be flexible, have excellent work ethic, and willing to perform downtime tasks • During flu season, unvaccinated staff must wear masks at all times per facility policy Facility: This healthcare facility operates as a major medical center with 21 state-of-the-art operating rooms handling a high volume of surgical cases across multiple specialties. The facility maintains Trauma Level II designation and utilizes advanced technology including DaVinci robotic systems. The organization provides comprehensive surgical services and maintains multiple satellite locations throughout the region, offering diverse clinical experiences and professional growth opportunities.
