The CSR Group has an excellent opportunity with one of Northern Irelands largest private property developers. The company, based in Tyrone, are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for a project in Monaghan, ideally the candidate will have a good residential project history and a keen eye for detail. This is a new build private development of 24 units. Packages around £60-65k plus fuel. Requirements Extensive experience on housing projects Ability to work on own initiative Capable of overseeing £2M worth of work Site Supervisors Card First Aid Engineering background preferable Responsibilities Manage and motivate site teams Ensure that end product meets customer's expectation in relation to finish Organise and coordinate labour Reporting to Director level.
