Schedule 36 or 48 hours/week rotating shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Job Description Join a fast-paced Adult Emergency Department (ED) at a state-of-the-art facility that handles over 100,000 visits annually and is recognized as one of the busiest trauma centers in the country. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population and assisting with border patients. Please note that the ED is not able to support first-time travelers. ResponsibilitiesProvide emergency care to patients in a high-volume ED. Assist with boarder patients as needed. Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver optimal patient outcomes. Perform telemetry monitoring and interventions as required. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureActive RN License in New York. Two (2) years of experience in an Emergency Department setting. Telemetry experience is required. Previous travel experience in an ER is mandatory. BLS certification from the American Heart Association. ACLS certification from the American Heart Association. NIHSS certification is required.
