Key Responsibilities Support the development and delivery of strategic and customer-focused initiatives from concept through to implementation. Conduct research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for improvement. Facilitate collaborative workshops, idea generation sessions, and cross-functional engagement activities. Translate insights and ideas into clear recommendations, presentations, and business proposals. Work collaboratively with teams across operations, technology, commercial, and support functions to drive alignment and delivery. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through testing, feedback, and evaluation activities. Monitor industry developments and emerging trends to support strategic planning and innovation efforts. Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and project teams. Skills & Experience 5+ years experience in strategy, innovation, project delivery, customer experience, product development, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience working in cross-functional and collaborative environments. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and evolving environments. Experience conducting research, analysing insights, and developing recommendations. Commercial awareness and understanding of business operations and delivery. Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset.
