Facilitating structured IOP group therapy sessions (process, psychoeducation, skills-based) Providing individual and family therapy as clinically indicated Completing timely and accurate clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries Conducting biopsychosocial assessments and developing individualized treatment plans Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment interventions as needed Collaborating with internal team members and external referral sources to ensure continuity of care Participating in case consultations, team meetings, and utilization reviews Ensuring compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards Supporting crisis intervention and risk assessment when necessary

Master's degree required Active FL LCSW, LMFT, LMHC or equivalent licensure required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Understanding of state and The Joint Commission requirements for outpatient behavioral health services Knowledge of EMR utilization Maintain confidentiality through good judgment
