Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonus Employment Type: Full-Time About the Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead business development and sales growth for a premier decking and fencing company. This role is ideal for a sales leader who understands the building materials industry and has experience developing relationships with contractors, builders, developers, lumber yards, distributors, and commercial customers. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, developing strategic partnerships, and helping establish the company as the preferred supplier of decking and fencing solutions in the market. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and profitability goals. * Identify and secure new business opportunities with contractors, builders, developers, property managers, and commercial customers. * Manage and grow relationships with existing customers and key accounts. * Promote decking, fencing, railing, gate systems, and outdoor living products. * Conduct product presentations, jobsite visits, and customer training sessions. * Develop partnerships with lumber yards, building supply companies, and distributors. * Track sales activities, forecasts, and opportunities through CRM systems. * Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies. * Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements. * Lead, coach, and mentor sales team members as the company grows. * Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry associations.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of successful sales experience in decking, fencing, lumber, building materials, construction products, or a related industry. * Proven ability to develop and close new business opportunities. * Strong network within the contractor, builder, and construction community preferred. * Experience managing key accounts and territory growth. * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Strong organizational and CRM management skills. * Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Compensation & Benefits
