Summary The Systems Administrator will be responsible for maintaining Teachers server and storage environments. This role will adhere to industry best practices and support the organization’s policies to ensure a resilient infrastructure.
Education And/or Experience
B.S. or B.A. in Information Technology/IT-related field or a minimum of eight years directly related experience required
Minimum three years’ experience working in an information technology or networking related field required.
Financial institution experience preferred.
Industry certifications CompTIA A+, CompTIA Server+, MTA, MCSA or above preferred.
Outstanding diagnostic, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize projects.
Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
Hands‑on experience with common enterprise software and hardware.
Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop Administration preferred
Knowledge of hybrid Datacenter architecture preferred
Job Responsibilities
Assists with the daily administration within Teachers infrastructure
Monitors system performance
Ensures that records of system downtime and equipment inventory are properly maintained
Scopes, researches, and implements additional hardware solutions for Teachers growth.
Establishes, maintains, and supports Teachers critical infrastructure including but not limited to the following:
Active Directory
Fileserver
Disaster Recovery
Virtual Machines
Backup Solutions
Storage Systems
Certificate Authority
Access control responsibilities including user provisioning and removal.
Documents and maintains processes, procedures, and tasks
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Adheres to the Information Technology/Information Security training plan. Instructs and guides end users on security policies, procedures and best practices.
Engages with direct supervisor upon discovery of any possible information security risks with any new or existing systems and initiatives.
Takes necessary action to ensure risk to confidentiality, integrity and availability of data is not increased
Performs other duties as needed upon request by immediate supervisor

The good faith range for this position is $32.00 - $38.50 per hour. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
All candidates will be subject to a background check, credit check, and drug test to determine employment eligibility.
