Reports To Business Manager
Overview This position reports directly to the Business Manager and is responsible for driving sales by building client relationships, generating new business through outreach and networking, and managing the full sales cycle while collaborating with internal teams.
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and manage client relationships within assigned territory
Conduct both inside and outside sales activities
Drive new business through cold calling, prospecting, and networking
Manage a quick sales cycle from lead generation to close
Provide consultative sales support around equipment rental solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not required
At least two (2) years of sales experience (construction, equipment rental, or related industry preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software and familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) platform a plus
Proficiency in verbal and written English required; bilingual in Spanish a plus
Comfortable with cold calling and developing new business
Experience managing both inbound and outbound sales efforts
High level verbal and written communication skills required
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to maintain an active state‑issued driver’s license

Compensation 60,000–120,000 Yearly Salary
