Job Description Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Location: Country Village Center, Lancaster, NH 03584 (Genesis - Northeast Region) Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM (8-hour shift with 30-min break) Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and facility policies. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team. Support patients and families with empathy and professionalism. Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
