We are looking for a compassionate and experienced team members with a passion for senior care and who wants to make a difference and has the following qualities:
Passion for Seniors - Feels strongly about working with the senior population. Has a drive to go above and beyond for seniors. Resident Focused - Dedicated to meeting and exceeding the needs of the resident by establishing and maintaining effective relationships as well as gaining trust and respect of others. You'll advocate for your residents at every stage of care, making sure that we go above and beyond for them every single day. Job Requirements/Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent recommended. Completed and passed the CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) training and competency exams as approved by the state board of health. Schedule:
Full Time 1st Shift Every other Weekend Every other Holiday Benefits:
