Comprehensive Assessments - Conduct speech-language evaluations and re-evaluations - Assess articulation, fluency, voice, expressive/receptive language, and pragmatic skills Personalized Intervention - Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals - Deliver direct therapy (individual and group) using evidence-based practices - Adjust goals and strategies based on student progress and team input Collaborative Engagement - Partner with educators, families, and school staff to support generalization of skills - Participate in IEP meetings, offering clinical insight and advocacy for student needs - Share tools, strategies, and updates to keep everyone aligned Professional Compliance - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress - Ensure all services meet state and district guidelines
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain one) School-based or pediatric experience preferred Familiarity with the IEP process and IDEA Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
