Join our Autism Residential Program in Southborough, MA where we provide full training and hands-on experience to help you launch a rewarding career working with students with autism. As an Autism Behavior Technician, you’ll:
Teach communication, social, and daily living skills (ADLs) using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Build positive relationships and celebrate every success Collaborate with a supportive team of educators and clinicians Assist with educational program design and Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) development Receive paid training and coaching

What You’ll Need:
High School Diploma or equivalent Compassion, patience and dedication to help autistic students who engage in challenging behaviors Valid Driver’s License with personal vehicle American Red Cross CPR (can be completed with us during your first 6 months) NECC CALM training and Physical and Verbal De-escalation training Medication Administration training (ability to get MAP Certified)
