YOU LOVE TO:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and repair customer equipment and machinery;
• Recondition used equipment for resale by the dealership;
• Complete repairs and reconditioning work on designated machinery or equipment within the required timeframes, as outlined on the work order;
• Diagnose issues and determine the appropriate repair method and sequence of work before beginning repairs;
• Record any additional work that should be performed on the work order and inform the Shop Foreman or Manager;
• Prepare new equipment for delivery to customers;
• Respond to customers' technical questions and provide expert advice;
• Comply at all times with company health and safety policies, procedures, and standards.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU: 

• A DEP in mechanics (construction equipment, agricultural, heavy machinery, or a similar field). 

• Experience as a shop mechanic or in a similar role. 

• A genuine passion for the agricultural, commercial, or industrial sector. 

• Manual dexterity and autonomy: You enjoy solving mechanical problems quickly while maintaining a rigorous attention to detail.
