Automotive Sales Consultant
Pettus CDJR De Soto is growing, and we're looking for a driven, competitive automotive sales consultant who wants to earn, grow, and win.
This is not an order-taker position. This is a professional sales role with real opportunity.
What You'll Do- Help customers select the right Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram vehicle
- Handle internet leads, walk-ins, and phone inquiries
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Follow up consistently with prospects
- Work closely with finance and management to close deals
- Maintain CRM activity and proper documentation
- Build long-term relationships for repeat and referral business
- Competitive mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and coachable
- Organized and able to follow a process
- Valid driver's license
- Sales experience preferred, automotive experience a plus (but not required)
