• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
• Present and demonstrate vehicles to prospective buyers, highlighting features and benefits
• Negotiate pricing and financing options to close sales effectively
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, product offerings, and industry trends
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and legal regulations during sales transactions
• Develop strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve dealership targets

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a related customer-facing role preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications a plus
• Motivated self-starter with a passion for customer service and sales

• Competitive compensation ranging from $70,000.00 to $150,000.00, paid semi-monthly
