ResponsibilitiesEssential Job Functions:
Serves as Subject matter expert and primary instructor for the medical supply section operations Serves as the Primary instructor for essential medical supply (68J) training/ course. Responsible for executing tasks related to receipt, shipment, storage, and distribution of all classes of supply for the RTS-MED site with emphasis on CLVIII. Maintains and develops warehouse storage plans and material security. Assists in inventory requirements IAW USG regulations and policies. Assists in processing and storage of new equipment Recovers and returns materials from warehouse or storage area upon request. Unloads and processes delivered materials to assigned storage areas. Operates a variety of material handling equipment. Utilizes commercial and military Class A vehicles to transport equipment. Maintains organization, cleanliness, and physical security of all warehouse and storage areas utilized by the RTS-MED site. Documents damage/loss of material upon receipt. Processes and distributes materials as needed. QualificationsNecessary Skills and Knowledge:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate Highly proficient in using Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.) Experience in warehouse operations, DCAM level 1, 2 and 3 Minimum Qualifications:
Must possess a Foundations of Inventory Management (PIM) certification or be certified within 90 days of hire. Must have a valid driver's license. Must have a commercial driver's license (CDL) within 180 days of hire. Must maintain a CDL throughout the duration of the contract. Forklift certified or certified within 90 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field. Four years of recent experience with the military as a Non-Commissioned Officer (E-5 or above) in a Role 3 or 4 medical treatment facility as a 68J or sister service equivalent.
