Keep reading below to see what were looking for!/ph3What Youll Be Doing/h3ulliGreet customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival./liliConsult with customers to understand vehicle concerns and clearly document issues on Repair Orders (ROs)./liliAdvise customers on recommended services and maintenance based on OEM guidelines, technician findings, and vehicle history./liliProvide accurate cost and time estimates for service work./liliMaintain constant communication with customers regarding repair status, additional recommendations, and any delays./liliCoordinate with technicians, parts department, and service manager to ensure timely completion of work./liliEnsure all warranty and manufacturer processes are followed correctly./liliPerform vehicle walk-arounds and assist with loaner or shuttle coordination if needed./liliFollow up post-service to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage survey completion./li/ulh3What You Should Have/h3ulli3+ years of experience in a customer facing role/liliProven experience as a Service Advisor, ASM, or similar role in an automotive dealership or reputable independent shop./liliStrong knowledge of vehicle systems, especially Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram models, is a plus./liliExcellent customer service, communication and time management skills./liliAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment./liliStrong organizational and multitasking abilities while maintaining high standards./liliProficiency with dealership DMS (Tekion) and scheduling software./liliValid drivers license and clean driving record./li/ulh3What Well Offer In Return/h3ulliFull-Time Position with a competitive hourly wage/liliMedical, Dental, and Vision benefits/lili401K with company match/liliA multitude of perks including student loan payments, discounts on vehicles, benefits for your pets, and much more/liliA great wellness program to keep you healthy and happy, both physically and mentally/liliAccess to opportunities to expand your skillset and share your knowledge with others across the organization/liliA company culture of promotions from within, with a start-up atmosphere allowing for varied and rapid career development/liliA seat in one of the fastest-growing companies in the country/li/ulh3Other Requirements/h3pTo be able to do your job at Carvana, there are some basic requirements we want to share with you./pulliMust be able to read, write, speak and understand English/liliMust be at least 18 years of age/liliMust have a valid drivers license/liliA clean driving record/liliThe physical environment requires the employee to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions/liliWill be required to use personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to hazardous materials/liliMay be required to work overtime and weekends./liliFrequent standing and sitting with varying periods of each/liliMay at times require working different shifts/li/ulpOf course, well make any reasonable accommodations for those with disabilities to perform the essential functions of their jobs./ph3Legal Stuff/h3pHiring is contingent on passing a complete background check.
