Role Responsibilities: đ What You'll Do As An Assistant Managerâ Support the Centre Director in overseeing daily operations and maintaining educational standards
â Develop & deliver an engaging, high-quality curriculum tailored to childrenâs needs
â Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain health & safety standards
â Provide leadership & mentorship to staff, ensuring a cohesive and motivated team
â Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and promoting a positive nursery experience for families
â Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, payroll, and recruitment
â Manage operational records and support financial planning to ensure sustainability
Required Qualifications: đŻ Ideal Assistant Manager CandidateÂđč Level 3 qualification or above in early years education
đč Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantageâideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner
đč Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills to inspire and support your team
đč Passionate about fostering childrenâs development and creating positive relationships with families
