Provide high-quality patient care in a skilled nursing facility setting. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote optimal patient outcomes. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and facility policies. Support and educate patients and their families in care processes.
Salary Range: $45 - $50 Location: San Leandro, CA Compliance / Notes:
10% salary placement fee. No weekend rotation. 97 beds in the facility.
