Transforming raw data into decision-ready models, the full-time salaried Analytics Engineer IV will design and maintain dbt models, enforce data quality, and build BI dashboards while collaborating with Capital leadership in a remote environment. Key responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain dbt models to serve as the single source of truth for Capital KPIs Translate business questions into analytical requirements and deliver clear data narratives to stakeholders Own analytical initiatives end-to-end, proactively surfacing opportunities and delivering data-driven recommendations
Required qualifications
BA/BS in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Operations Research, or related field 5+ years of professional experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or BI Hands-on experience with dbt, including model design, testing, and documentation Expert-level SQL proficiency, with experience in BigQuery or a comparable cloud warehouse Experience delivering major analytical initiatives independently, from scoping to presentation
