CLOSING DATE: Open Until filled with Bi-weekly reviewsPOSITION: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) SALARY: $37.43 - $45.59 LOCATION: San Poil Valley Health Center - Keller, WA Summary: San Poil Valley Health Clinic is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, Physician, Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner while promoting quality healthcare services to patients and families in our community. This position offers the opportunity to work in a patient-centered environment where teamwork, respect, and cultural sensitivity are valued. New Hire Incentive: Eligible candidates may receive a signing bonus up to $5,000, paid according to the organization's bonus payment schedule. Essential Functions:
Provide direct nursing care within the scope of LPN practice. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR). Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program. Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Washington or ability to obtain prior to hire. Current CPR/BLS certification. Ability to work effectively with patients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Basic computer and electronic health record proficiency. This position requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, and assisting patients throughout the workday. Note: Pursuant to Tribal Policy, if this position is safety sensitive it is subject to pre-employment drug testing. In addition, this position is subject to reasonable suspicion and post-accident drug testing. TRIBAL MEMBER AND INDIAN PREFERENCE WILL APPLY; PREFERENCE WILL ALSO BE GIVEN TO HONORABLY DISCHARGED VETERANS WHO ARE MINIMALLY QUALIFIED. If required of this position, you must possess and maintain a valid Washington State driver's license and be eligible for the Tribes' Vehicle Insurance. In addition, this position may be subject to pre-employment background clearances. If applicable, these clearances must be maintained throughout employment.
