Responsibilities
Conduct routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a range of powered access equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults. Ensure all work is carried out to the highest safety and quality standards. Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed. Provide exceptional customer service while working on-site at client locations. Adhere to company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards. Collaborate with the wider team to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction. Qualifications
