We are seeking a Network Administrator to help maintain, optimize, and advance our network infrastructure while supporting our ongoing digital transformation and Industry 4.0 initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work across manufacturing, engineering, and business functions while contributing to the technology foundation that powers our global operations.

Role and Responsibilities: Network & Systems Administration
Serve as the administrator for company LAN and WAN environments Monitor, maintain, and improve network performance, reliability, and security Manage user, administrative, and network account access Maintain accurate hardware and software inventory levels Ensure software licensing, maintenance agreements, and support contracts remain current
Technical Support & Infrastructure Management
Supervise and coordinate internal or contracted technical support resources through Help Desk activities Troubleshoot and resolve PC, hardware, software, and network-related issues Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and technical standards Support business continuity through proactive infrastructure maintenance and planning
Continuous Improvement & Industry 4.0
Identify new or emerging technologies to help improve operational efficiency Research, evaluate, and implement technology solutions that support business objectives Work with vendors and contractors to deploy infrastructure upgrades and enhancements Participate in initiatives supporting digital manufacturing, connectivity, and Industry 4.0 strategies
Training & Collaboration
Develop and deliver hardware and software training programs Create user procedures and technical documentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated data and information systems that support both internal and external customers
Desired Skills and Experience: Required Qualifications
BS n Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience Experience administering enterprise LAN and WAN environments Strong understanding of network design, infrastructure, and systems maintenance Experience supporting Windows-based environments, hardware, and software platforms Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Manufacturing systems or manufacturing IT experience Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies and connected manufacturing environments Experience supporting multi-site operations Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and network security principles Experience in managing vendor relationships and technology implementations
